Shipping Details:
Allow at least 2 weeks for your product to be shipped. Once the package has been shipped, there will be a tracking number that will be sent to your email, and then an order number that you may use for contacting support. Once your package is shipped, it will take 3-5 business days.

Refund Policy: We will not accept any refunds, or any returns. All sales will be final.

Lost/Seized Packages: We are not responsible for any loss of items while the product is shipping or in the process of arriving at its destination. If you face this problem, it is advised to contact USPS or your allocated shipping provider and file a lost package report. Depending on the case, we can offer a coupon or some sort of other compensation for this inconvenience.

Incorrect Information: If addresses are incorrect, the buyer will have to pay for the full cost again to resend the package.
